Field Rules
At Hardy K9s, we want all of our visitors to have a great time. To ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment, we kindly ask that all users follow our rules. By making a booking, you agree to adhere to these rules and our terms and conditions, which will be confirmed at checkout. Thank you for your cooperation!

Arriving and Leaving
To ensure the safety of all dogs, we kindly ask that you arrive a few minutes before your session and wait inside your car with your dog until the previous customer leaves.
Remember to enter the field with your vehicle and ensure the gate is closed behind you before removing your dog from your vehicle.
Please leave the field on time. There is a 5 minute gap between bookings to allow minimal crossover between guests. Any user who overstays will be restricted from using the fields in the future.

Dog Waste
All dog poo must be picked up by their owners and disposed of using the bin provided. Please respect the field and keep it clean for yourself and others. The field is checked daily and failure to pick up dog waste, rubbish or toys will lead to the refusal of future use. If you find anything left by a previous user, please pick it up and let us know.

Your Dog
We want to ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs in the field. To help achieve this, please do not bring your dog to the if they have been unwell in the last 48 hours. It's also important to keep your dog up to date with vaccinations and regularly treated for flea, tick, and worm prevention. While the kennel cough vaccine is not obligatory, it is advisable. Please never leave your dog unattended in the field. All dogs, including those in season, are welcome to use the field.

Treats and Toys
We kindly ask you to bring your own toys and treats for your dogs but please make sure to dispose of them, especially any uneaten treats or broken toys, properly to avoid any harm to other dogs. Broken toys can be thrown away in the bin provided, and if you find a lost toy, please put it in the lost property bin located inside the field.
