Liability Disclaimer

Use of the field is entirely at your own risk. Hardy K9s, owners, agents and landlord accept no liability for the death of or any injury of any person or dog, or for damage to any property. Hardy K9s also accepts no liability for any losses, claims, actions, damages, costs, expenses or other liability incurred whilst on site. Your and your dogs’ behaviour and actions are your sole responsibility and no claim can be made against Hardy K9s, owners, agents and landlord.

You are liable for any damage caused inside and outside the field by you, your dog(s) or any person in your party. All dogs must be covered under their own third party insurance (public liability insurance). This is usually included in your pet insurance. By booking with us this means you agree and accept our terms and conditions.

GDPR

When booking a session at Hardy K9s, information is gathered in order that we can deliver a service and take payment. All bookings are done by a third party app which is integrated with our website and a separate payment system, therefore all information given with these companies is shared by you at the time of booking. This is subject to their terms and policies. We do not share information with these companies; however we receive information about your bookings from them to deliver the service which we provide and information for accounting purposes only by us. We do not received card details and do not use booking data for any reason other than to contact you about your booking or any other specific need to contact and individual.

Any general marketing is done by us through our website mailing list. Anyone on our mailing list unsubscribe at any time. Alternatively you can contact us directly to be removed. This will not affect your bookings. You have the right to see any information we keep and you can request that any data be changed or securely destroyed. Hardy K9s do not use this information in any other way. We will not pass your personal information to any third party. 

There may be photos and videos taken at the field and we may use these on social media or on our website or newsletter.  We will always ask permission to share photos/videos if shared privately with us. Any information given to Hardy K9s via any messaging service on our social media is only accessible by us. You may request that we delete any messages with any information in at any time and we do will periodically delete these. Any information you have given us via our mobile phones is accessible only by ourselves which are secured by code and fingerprint recognition. You may request that text messages are deleted at any time and we periodically delete messages. Bookings & Cancellations

Please note that the use of our fields is strictly by appointment only and can be booked through our website. Any violation of this condition will result in the permanent revocation of your field access. Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable, but can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment. This policy ensures that prime time slots are available to everyone and empty spots can be rebooked.

Unused sessions on expired packages will not be carried over or refunded. 

XL Bullies

Please ensure that you provide each dogs exemption certificate and proof of public liability insurance before booking the field for XL Bullies. Kindly email these documents to Enquiries@hardyk9s.co.uk. Do not book the field until you receive an email confirming that it is ok to make a booking. Remember, XL Bullies can only be off-lead and unmuzzled with other dogs if they are from the same household, and a handler ratio of 1:1 is required. For safety, please make sure the main gate is closed and padlocked before letting your dog out of the car, and secure your dog in the car before opening the main gate when leaving the field.
